Alternatively, you can obtain and supply your own pattern. Please remember that patterns are sized and may not reflect the dress size you would buy in a retail outlet

In most cases the style or design of the dress will determine the type of fabric to be used. Colours and graphics of the material are a matter of personal preference, although matching plaids and stripes will increase the amount of fabric required.

I do not carry a stock of fabric but will purchase them according to your instruction. Many clients prefer to choose and supply their own material and I am happy to advise if need be. Please note that prices given generally exclude materials for this reason.

Prices will naturally vary according to the design and the type of material for each garment. This is true whether you require a repair, an alteration or a complete garment.

It is almost always possible to make a garment a full size or more smaller but making them bigger is not as easy. This does not mean that it cannot be done.

The design and fabric of a garment will determine the practicality of either reducing or increasing a garments size as well as the cost.
